Portrait of Guido Crepax

Guido Crepax

Guido Crepax 1933, Milan – 2003 Milan. Considered as one of Italy’s most prominent comic book authors, Guido Crepax is also probably the best known on the international stage, due in particular to the controversial female character he created in 1965: Valentina. He began his career designing album covers for groups of different musical styles and his unique practice soon opened the doors to graphic design in the field of advertising.
